Description | I was fighting a boss in an overlords tower when this started happening. It looked exactly as it is in the picture I've attached. The ladders were flickering and the image of my character was getting messed up. It was only graphical though and I could still move around. (although it wasn't very effective when I was so confused) Leaving the room and coming back doesn't make any difference, and it starts glitching at the same place. It seems to be the once off though, the rest of the tower seems fine so far. (EDIT: Spoke too soon, there's another boss room that's blurring a bit) also this particular overlords tower is in the deep if that makes any difference. | ||||

Yep, being in the Deep makes ALL the difference. :-) This isn't a bug, it's just the way the deep works! |

Yea, it looks like a classic "messed up window refresh" bug. Am I correct to assume however that the "trail" of old frames does not persist forever? |

They persist until you leave the room, or stand still for a while. The backgrounds actually have a very low alpha, and so the longer you stand there and have them overdraw, the more the trails fade. |

And for the record, I'm pretty well planning to change up The Deep and how it works later. It was an interesting idea, but it's headache-inducing to some folks and just looks too much like a glitch to others. |
