Description | I am not sure if this is a bug or a feature but while exploring a rare commodity tower about midway i encountered a room with proper wall textures on the left and right side but but the bigger center (major area) had the sky background you encounter outside. here a picture of it: http://i.imgur.com/nN7j7.png | ||||

Window!? More like part of the wall got blown out or something. Then again, that would fit with the whole post-apocalyptic scenario this game seems to have. |

Yep, that too. It depends on the room, but it's a map editor feature that various players have taken advantage of in their boss room designs in various ways. |

yeah i was considering to call it a window but if like 80% of the wall are missing and theres no window frame or signs of glass it kind of gets unwindowy xP But yeah the blown out chunk might be an option if the edges werent that smooth though... |

I'll chalk the "smooth edges" to the lack of "damaged wall edges" textures currently. Maybe that can be a separate request. |

Yep i didnt consider this to be of any importance thats why i marked it as trivial and since its a graphical thing it has time anyway. I think thats one of the moments tp play the "early beta card" sooner or later windows will be recognisable as windows and damaged walls wil be identfiable als damaged walls but for now who cares anyway :P |

I must admit, this is amongst my more unusual maps. Basically, you're climbing this commodity tower and suddenly you find yourself in one of two smaller buildings outside. You know you're still in the tower, so you can't actually be outside but... well, you clearly are. Boss attacks, much hiding in the smaller building (or outside it if the boss pops up in the bunker himself!) ensues and some fun is had by all. But yes, it's a shame about there not being a nicer way to blend from sky to wall - still, it has a certain charm the way it is, I feel. |
