Description | Being a melee range ice attack it would make sense to add a slowing effect to enemies. It would allow you to get out of range of rampaging monsters or even slow down faster moving monsters while you try to get some range on them. | ||||

Could be cool as an upgraded sort of ice cross, I agree. For the basic attacks generally we're not adding extra modifiers to them, but we are doing higher-level variants of them with special powers, and this would be a fitting one. |
