DescriptionI'm running on a Mac OSX 10.6.4

When I'm on a planet containing a starship constructor, the side bar on the right of the screen shows a purple box for the starship constructor instead of an icon.

Yep, a missing file -- we've had a couple of reports of this already, and it's fixed for 3.713.
