Description | Just now there is exist exactly two states of every exit in game: if you was in room behind it, it is green, and if you wasn't, it's red. Mostly it's enough. But somewhat I want to explore rooms, but forced to retreat. And when I returns, I am forced to search this "half-explored" location between tons of fully explored ones! So, suggestion: can another color - yellow, for example - added for partially-explored locations? Especially, when there is unexplored stashes or not fully explored dungeons beyond? It is relates to main map with the same "visited" green numbers too! Also it would be good to have entrance/exit point clearly marked on chunk map in buildings and caves (I mean room exit that lead to structure exit. "Dark-marked" doors in buildings right now). Especially caves. Having to choose between four identical points in four corners of vast map is not very exciting. Also, there is one slight problem in dungeon map. On the "surface" level it not shows entrances and connections at all. There is list of locations, but a) it not shows where entrances to it (that's minor, as I can teleport directly, but still having "real" connections with surface chunks could be better), and b) it's only explored ones, so for checking any "red" entrances, I still need to visit every surface map and look at chunk map to reveal, if there is exist something at all. Can surface map have entrances mapped somewhere, as building maps have? Or at least have indication about non-explored/partially explored points in it? | ||||

I'm not too sure about most of that, but some of the colorization stuff is a possibility. |

The different color for cave entrances on the surface has always been there... or do you mean in the minimap? That _would_ be helpful, actually. |

Just to throw a note on this, I'm finding this a bit more of an issue now with the latest builds, especially with more buildings appearing in underground tunnel sections. It would be nice knowing which of the minimap dots leads into a structure vs which lead into a passage. Just found myself spending more time running to a dot only to discover its a hut, then having to platform back to track down a different dot. Just having the minimap into structures being yellow rather than red might be a big help. |
