This happens to me on OS X as well. |

I actually get a similar behavior when pressing Ctrl+D when running the project in the Unity Editor. |

That's very odd. Hopefully when I get the input switched over to the new style of handling, that will fix itself. I'll try to do that in the next day or two. |

For now I worked around this by disabling the option "Mouse pans view when at screen edge" and just scrolling around with the middle mouse button. |
