Hmm. I don't have this issue. I can warp without firing spells.

I suspected someone would say that, otherwise I imagine this would've been picked up before now (and maybe it was!) - but it's definitely happening for me.

I'm running windowed at 1150x700, if that makes any difference?

Odd, I can warp just fine without blasting off spells.

I can get this to happen if I set the "Use ability in slot 1" Mouse Button from 'none' to Left Mouse Button. (So I have LMB bound to both "use ability in slot 1" and "Use mouse ability 1").

Also, it appears I can fire off a few spells at once if I bind several "use ability in slot X" to the same mouse button, bypassing the global spell cooldown o.O (Though I think that's reported somewhere else too..)

Got it: I've bound Use Ability Slot 6 to LMB, I believe...

Ok, that did it, thanks. Confirmed, Bind LMB to "Use ability in slot 1" and when warping, you do fire off a spell.

As an addendum, I also tried rebinding Use Mouse Ability Slot 6 to LMB - same deal.
