Summary	0000446: When in combat, the home planet icon vanishes occationally
Description	I've only observed this when the home planet is under attack. In my other game, the icon doesn't vanish occasionally, and the vanishing seems to be tied to when it's supposed to display another color. It also seems to vanish and appear at the same rate the enemy numbers change between white and red.

Toll Oct 13, 2010 8:15 pm reporter ~0000783	In 3.710, it seems this also applies to normal planets. Alternatively I simply didn't notice it as I filed this issue and the same problem has always affected normal planets as well.

Moonshine Fox Oct 15, 2010 3:39 pm reporter ~0000887	This seems to be occuring in every version since 3.708 when the "excessively blinking homeworld" issue (0000070) disappeared.

Chris_McElligottPark Oct 20, 2010 4:11 pm administrator ~0001586	* A lot of the flashing was previously slowed down far below what it was supposed to do. This led to things like the planet icons disappearing for 5 seconds at a time. Fixed.
