Summary	0004416: Allow per-chunk notes
Description	I'd like to be able to make notes about a chunk, so I can switch between "Explore" and "Raid" modes more easily. Ideally it would be somethig like 1) Note added per chunk, not necessarily a particular location in a chunk (Does each room in a house count as a chunk? Having per-room notes might be useful, but not a P1) 2) I can view a list of notes through the menu. Or only from the home settlement/world/strategy maps if doing it anywhere seems unbalancing. 3) Notes link into the Region Map/Dungeon view. 4) I can teleport from this menu. 5) I can easily clear a note from the list. Thoughts?
