Could it have been placed in another settlement? Also, if you were playing as a Skelebot, it might only be placed in Skelebot settlements (my only Skelebot death was placed there, while my other four were placed in my starting settlement). |

So far I've only found a road leading to another settlement and that's being blocked off by that crust of higher level regions. That character was definitely a soft squishy human. |
