Summary	0004186: Add in the distance lieutenants are summoned in the tooltip for overlords.
Description	Right now, it just says "This lair is home to a powerful overlord. If you are brave enough, you may confront the overlord here." Adding "If there are any lieutenants within X regions, the overlord will summon them to its defense!". Might also be an idea to including all known lieutenants within that range.
