Description | I played through a couple of "giant robot" boss fights and they were boring, I could just stand next to him and spam fire touch until he died. He just walked back and forth. The only annoying thing were the little robots casting the circle of fire spell. We were both level 1. When I went higher in the tower, the bosses were still level 1 and I was now level 2. Maybe make boss rooms a little more interesting in terms of places to move around? Maybe make it hurt more to get next to the boss? | ||||

The giant robot wasn't striking you when you were close? One thing to bear in mind is that the fights with him in particular are very introductory. If you want something that keeps you more on your toes, the giant bats or the crippled dragons will certainly do so. ;) But we're adding more stuff as we go, and the scaling up from early and easy to wicked hard is certainly the goal. |

He *was* hitting me, but it wasn't doing much damage... I just used a heal scroll every once and a while. :) I guess my main point was to spice up the fight. He had lots of HP, but it didn't feel very BOSSY. :) I fought a bat afterwards and it killed me... so... who knows! :D |

Well, what level were you versus him? If you're higher level, that might have done it. |

We were both 1 the first time, and he gave me enough xp to go to level 2... but the rest of the bosses were level 1 in the tower so it was silly easy to get to the top of the tower. |

I think it would be more challenging and interesting if you could collide with him so that, he will try to corner you in melee. Now it's a bit too easy to jump thru him and attacking from behind. |
