We think this will be fixed in 3.708, but if folks can test when that comes out and let us know, that would be much appreciated. This is a complex one. |

This is pretty definitely fixed, people were complaining of the opposite. |

The large-wave complaints appeared to only happen with younglings, since they have that special multiplier. Really small waves can still happen on low caps in the early game. Since 50-fighter waves used to be the norm, it would be reasonable that low-caps would see 12 or 13 fighter waves. |

Right. I don't consider that an overly-small wave. And the starships counterbalance it, too. |
