Summary | 0000394: Electric Shuttle Staggering
Description | In my test this afternoon, I at first thought electric shuttles weren't working at all. As it happened, it was because I had just built the new shuttles while the old ones were half-way across the planet already engaged in combat. As a consequence, the new ones couldn't start firing until all of the old ones had finished their staggering sequence. I believe range should probably be taken into account here, although I suspect it would multiply the overhead required by the staggering sequence in the first place. But I find it high ineffective to have one group of electric shuttles on one side of the planet incapable of firing until the other group is through with their firing (and when they stop, they become more vulnerable to attack, since they are not themselves dealing any damage).
