Summary	0000373: free V2 and V3 engineers Yay
Description	Used the new controls tab (see screenshot)moved the sliders for V2 and V3 engineers w/o unlocking them at the sci lab. Lo and behold I now have V2 and V3 engineers on my homeworld w/o unlocking them and paying the research costs. Sliders probably should be disabled for the V2 and V3 until the V2 and V3 engies are unlocked BTW the new control section looks nice.
