This no longer happens, but when I mouseover a wormhole through the minimap, the view does change oddly now. I mean a wormhole in the main view, visible behind the minimap. |

One part of the "peek" feature is that it if you are holding T to display the minimap and mouseover a wormhole, it displays the minimap for the planet on the other end. It doesn't do this during the middle-mouse-scrolling-while-holding-shift minimap, though.
Anyway, was that what you were seeing? |

Yes, but I think that's extremely confusing. I might be wanting to mouse over stuff on the map in general, and having it react to things behind the active map strikes me as a really bad thing. Having that react to mousing over the wormhole icon on the minimap itself would be one thing, but this is reacting to stuff that's not even in the current view (just grayed out in the background). |

Well, the point was that you would mouse-over the wormhole in the main view and then press T to see the other side, but I understand that not everyone does it that way, so it's gone now. |

There was nothing on the interface to tell people that would work, and it worked in unexpected times, etc. Sorry, I just found it really confusing. |
