| Description | -- Point-blank-area-of-effect (at instant spell is cast, all monsters within 150 units are affected). -- Particle effect expanding from caster center to about 150 units out from the caster in about 0.2 seconds (a very quick flash) with some screen-white-out for the caster. -- Does only minor damage, but affected monsters get the "TemporaryBlindness" condition for about 3 seconds, which causes their AI routine to just kind of stumble about randomly. -- Crafting: White Gem plus some white-themed catalyst. | ||||
