No worries. I just try to find any duplicates and mark them as such so that Keith or Chris can flag them and connect the issues in the tracker system. It makes it a bit saner on their part :D It's rather tricky to spot duplicates especially when it's an issue you experience in different ways and try to explain it. Even though it is technically the same thing, it's hard to search for it because the previous reported might've worded it differently or explained it in a completely different way. |
