| Description | When you mouse over the StreetSense Item Improved Cooling from the Exciplex Laser Project, it doesn't show the reward. It looks like it should be BetterMainframes (from Projects_Ch2.xml), but it doesn't appear in game. Looking at the Upgrade Log, it looks like Better Mainframes maxes at 170%, which I have already unlocked. So it might just be that the tooltip only shows the effect IF there is a change. In this case, there wouldn't be, because I'm already maxed out (from something, no idea what it was). | ||||
