Summary0030099: Minor issue: Lack of parity in bulk costs for Carvers
DescriptionSome small issues where the costs of bulk units don't like up with the costs of elites.

Neuroweave cost is always equal to the weave cost of a single elite android of that type, except for Carvers, where a bulk squad costs 1500 and a single elite Carver costs 2000 - possibly a copy-paste error.

Elemental slurry cost is always equal to the slurry cost of a single elite android of that type multiplied by the squad size, except for Carvers, where a bulk squad of 5 costs 7000 but five elite Carvers would cost 30,000.

Capacity and mental-energy-to-deploy costs don't line up between bulks and elites, but I also get the impression that's deliberate.
