| Description | Description: The territory control flag buildings disappear from build menu which ultimately leads to the delete structure button being the only button in the territory control category. This leads to territory category being "blacked out" when loading a save that already has both flags placed (because no structure is available in the category so the delete structure button isn't added), and the aforementioned issue if either flag is removed + placed again or the flags are placed after natural progressing on a new profile. Steps to Reproduce 1: 1. Load the save: A 2. Open Build Menu 3. Observe that the territory category is blacked out 4. Delete any of the territory control flags 5. Place the deleted flag again 6. Observe that the flag is removed from the category but the delete structure button remains Steps to Reproduce 2: 1. Load the save: B 2. Place both of the control flags 3. Observe that both flags are removed from the territory category but the delete structure button persists | ||||

Thanks! * Fixed a longstanding bug where the territory control category could be present with just the delete and pause functions in it, but no actual territory control flags to place. |
