Summary0029208: Exception thrown when clearing homicide investigation prompt
DescriptionIssue occurred on starting a new game.

Steps followed were to start a new game at the prologue, attempt to leave peacefully (rolling the nickelbot event), skipping the UI tour, and then attempting to close the homicide investigation prompt.

Issue has not been replicated on reloads
