Are you using headphones? Or what is your sound setup like? With headphones, even ones with bass boost, I'm not noticing volume differences that some folks are talking about. I may just need to re-listen to it, I'm not entirely sure, but some of the stuff with bass that people have mentioned is something I am not experiencing. |

I'm using headphones without any bass boosting. And my settings are: Master volume 64, everything else default (100). I haven't experienced any issues with bass, the volume of the SFXs in question is simply noticeably louder than any other sound assigned to "Gameplay Sound Volume" including the destroyed building SFX (or probably any other sound in the game for that matter). The volume on my end is loud enough to the point where when I can comfortably listen to all other sounds in the game, my ears started hurting after collective ~ 30 seconds of the lost hacking minigame SFX. |
