Summary	0029110: Gameplay - While hacking Player can jump to cells with value of 1
Description	Description: While the player is unable to jump to cells they can't run out of, jumping to cells with value of: 1 is possible. However it shouldn't be able to when following the aforementioned logic on jumping to cells segment can't run out of, because the segment will never be able to increase its value and thus will never be able to move out of that section. Steps to reproduce: 1. Start hacking minigame 2. Run back and forth between 2 adjacent cells 3. When both cells reach a value of 1 run out of them 4. Jump back to the cells with value of 1 5. Observe that the segment will never be able to run out of that spot
