Summary0029104: Androids can attack when they have remaining AP but you have no Mental Energy
DescriptionAndroids are able to shoot when they have AP but you no longer have Mental Energy. This is consistent across different android types but does not apply to vehicles or actions besides shooting

"Extra Shots.save" shows a scenario where all but 1 mental energy has been used but a Nickelbot still has 5AP. It is able to expend all 5 shots against enemies even though the last unit of ME will be spent by the first shot.
"Extra Shots Before Shooting.save" is placed right after spawning the enemies for simplicity of testing different scenarios. All the androids within range of the fight will be able to fire regardless of remaining ME, even if you spend all mental energy on building before shooting

* Fixed a bug that was allowing androids to still attack when the player was out of mental energy, but the android still had AP.
** There were actually several flavors of this, and all of them should now be fixed.
