Summary	0029060: strange text when the AGI researchers give you the first warning
Description	When the AGI researchers appear early in chapter 1 to warn you that you will no longer be able to steal androids, the attached text appears. I believe it is supposed to say "there is NO widespread agreement about who or why" instead of saying there is widespread agreement, as afaik at this point in the story vorsiber doesn't exactly know what you are just yet. if it is the case that they know, then this should probably be reworded to make that more clear.
