Summary0028979: Navigation Lense does not properly showcase POI's
DescriptionWhen using the Navigation Lense on a new profile save file (started directly in Chapter 1, skipping the prologue) it will not display the red tint of military base districts or the icons for the airport or spaceport etc. If this is deliberate and they are not shown until you discover them later in play I still think it should be changed, as it strips info from you when you decide where to build your Tower.

For some reason ALL the filters were off, and this is the second report I've had of something like this.

Okay, yeah, this is a thing I can duplicate, but only when I start a new profile fresh without loading another game first. Thanks!

* Fixed a bug where all of the lens default filters were not being properly set when starting a new profile.
** If you had loaded a prior save before that, it copied those. If you were starting one fresh after loading the program, then they were all blank.
