Summary | 0028771: Impossible to remove storages without losing a good part of goods stored/explosion - deconstruction option needed
Description | Currently deleting a building (be it through build menu or by selecting and pressing DEL) destroys it. In the same way an enemy would destroy it. Which means removing a storage destroys a large % of the store goods EVEN if they can fit in another storage of the same kind ( I have spare space). And in case of explosive storage - also the whole thing goes boom. We should be able to deconstruct buildings (takes time, recovers some % of materials used, does not delete the stored stock..)

A savegame with sufficient storage in another building, when scrapping storage, would be a help for me to handle that more quickly. It's a good suggestion, I agree you should be able to scrap a structure without consequence if the storage would fit in the remaining storage buildings. |

This has been resolved as part of the storage revamp in the next build, thank you! |
