Description | Description: Deterrence percentage shown on buildings is rounded up instead of down causing situations where according to GUI it's still filled up to 100% but units will spawn because the required amount isn't met. Steps to reproduce: 1. Build a building requiring deterrence 2. Fill the deterrence up to a very close margin (easiest to accomplish with buildings that have rising deterrence) 3. Observe that the GUI claims that deterrence is filled up to 100% while the required amount isn't met | ||||

Thanks! * Fixed an issue where deterrence and similar could round up to 100% in the display when it was actually like 99.5%, which is not enough to actually deter. ** It now rounds down, but if it's above 0 and would round to 0, then it shows 1% instead, for similar reasons -- more to do with health. |
