Summary	0028580: Toasts, Research and Unlocks
Description	Strange interaction noticed during PMC Officer Sigil unlock. User Behavior: Received toast, went looking at loadout to equip new Sigil, did not find it. <speculation>: possible that the toast was received after the interaction with the officer to steal it, but still before the research to make it available to equip is completed. When asking about this later, looked at log (M) which only has one entry for the PMC Sigil unlock. Uncertain whether that log (and the toast) are indicative of when the Sigil is actually ready to equip, or if it just means it's ready to research. Expected behavior: expect to either receive two separate toasts, one when the research is unlocked as an idea and the second one when the equipment is actually available to equip. /OR/ just one toast when it is ready to equip. Also, there should be separate log entries for each of these events.
