Summary	0027928: Tech costs are good but... dream sharing.
Description	edit removed the mention of the computign thing since it's mentioned elsewhere. However: dream sharing is incredibly overpowered. I had it at level 2 at 3 ticks of granted space (9000 square feet) and I was making far more science than what would be even remotely reasonable.
