Summary	0027922: Possible bug with Companion Bots
Description	Not sure if bug or I'm missing something, but Companion bots. Are they TBD? I've unlocked a tech that seems it's meant to unlock them in the psychology tree, the consumerism tech, yet no companions are available to dispatch.
