|Summary||0027911: Selected building tabs overlap everything else|
|Description||If you select a building and then open another window such as an encounter or the tech tree, the building tab on the left is on top, obscuring the new window and needs to be manually closed. I'd prefer if the building tab stayed open but the new window was laid over top the building tab.|

This was definitely true and was annoying, but the way the game has been redesigned there just are not stacks of windows in the same way. The behavior will be that these are always on top if you use some of the extended sandbox-only windows, but that's kind of an edge case and it's just how the windows work (the most recent window is not on top, but rather each window has a defined depth).
The prior builds of the game had been such that it really should have been the most recent on top, but thankfully the design has shifted back in a way where it's more like AI War 2 in terms of having more ui/hud rather than so many full-screen submenus that then open multi sub-windows, and so this again just isn't a thing that should be relevant.
I'll revisit if need be, but it shouldn't be a thing that comes up anymore. Thanks!
