Summary	0002724: Dark blue "Knowledge Required" text is too hard to read.
Description	When selecting a research/science lab, and browsing the available technologies, the dark blue text against the black background is near impossible to read without me squinting and leaning up close to my monitor. Suggestion: Make that line of text light blue to correspond with the knowledge meter on the top of the screen. Or whatever color really, as long as it's a bit easier to read.
