Still an issue, if a minor one. When I first learned of the Flare option, I thought it was just broken because nobody could see it; I only realized it was invisible because the game was paused from this report! I don't really see any problem with making them last the standard length of time as if the game wasn't paused, though I suppose that might be messy depending on how stuff is timed internally. If that is an undesirable choice for whatever reason, perhaps the first frame of the animation could be shown as the max-sized flare so it'd at least be visible paused even if it wasn't animated? |
