DescriptionIn my current game I have 2 barracks on each planet that seems to be building them.
I noticed it right after the game told me 'Varifiash' was building "a" barrack. In the attached savegame there are actually 2 (iirc, might be 3) planets that have barracks, all build 2 of them.

Personally I see the description of the barracks to be the bug (saying it should be only 1) :)

The planets with the barracks are around my most western planet called "Homesick".

This is something I really want to try sometime after 5.0:

Basically, making it so that when a barracks is created, it will include somewhere between the minimum and maximum for that unit cap level. Same for carriers for planets.

That would leave planets too unprotected, but with stronger barracks and carriers. So the second part of this is to make it so that if the humans very much outnumber the AIs on a planet (to the point the AI goes into its flee logic), that the barracks gets burst automatically, thus evening the odds back again and potentially removing the need to flee.

That would me nice, at the moment it makes little sence I can knowledge raid a planet with these just sitting by while I have FFs over R-station repairing my fleet sucking the planet dry of knowledge. And 200 ships doesnt really intimidate me when I arrive with 1200 ships, mostly mk3 and above :)
