Summary0002390: Marauder Pirates still come too often
DescriptionIn my current game marauder pirates turn up to every fight with the AI, I often find that I am spending most of my time trying to kill the high health pirates as opposed to the AI. Would it be possible to nerf them a bit in terms of their regular appearance.

I do have to agree, their spawn rate is still very high. Even spawning with two waves within a couple minutes of each others. They may be less threatening, but compared to rebels they are very very common. In all the time since the rebalance of the two factions I've never seem rebels attack, only marauders.

Definitely agreeing on this one... Never seemed like something that should happen more than every 5-10 min... Recently I've been seeing marauders more often than waves... And they're more threatening that a wave generally too xD...

Having no issues killing them if I divert most of my attention to them tho. Which is good. It was crazy when they just ate you. The AI. AND the cake.

I have to agree as well, i have never seen any resistance fighters in any of my games thus far. But marauders... they seem to spawn quite often and to devastating effect.

To further add I too for a while now never see rebels aid in planet attacks. I understand they are supposed to jump in on with over 300 friendly ships are present (or something like that) but even then I do not see them.

I too agree. although sometimes they take awhile to show up, once they do, it is at a pretty frequent rate.

For now we're happy with the general presence of the marauders -- they are meant to be a constant unbalancing presence. We might revisit them sometime after 5.0, but for now we don't want to get things more crazy with last minute changes on these.

In terms of the resistance fighters, those have been made a lot more frequent as of a release back or so.
