Summary0002324: bug- timers appearing on AI units for no reason
Descriptionin my last game, all fortresses consistently had a timer over them (like the raid engine would) at 00:00.

on another planet (with no fortress), a mobile repair station had the same 00:00 timer.

That's because fortresses and MRS need to stay still for a full minute before they can repair nearby ships. A timer of 00:00 signifies that they're ready to repair.

* AI Fortresses and superfortresses no longer show the countdown timer, as they no longer use it.

Toll, you're correct but that doesn't apply to the AI ones anymore, as they are unable to move now.
