Description | A large structure constructed by the AI in an attempt to attract the younglings to their side, pre-hybrid era. If the AI controls it then no Enclaves will attack its forces. If the humans hold it no Enclaves will attack the human forces and if it's destroyed then all Enclaves will become hostile to both the AI and the human players. While under player control it can build expensive docking stations in the system, with each one acting as an experimental fabricator for the equivalent level viral swarmer (if you build all five docking stations you can construct cockroaches, those teleporting reclaim ships). This would naturally be a high priority target for the AI, so a king-of-the-hill mechanic might be implemented... although I've no idea how the AI would recapture it. TL;DR: A capturable that effects enclave behaviour, a cross between a Dyson sphere and the LotS campaign. (Inspired by an issue that mentioned implementing a king of the hill mechanic in Neinzul, but I can't find the ticket...) | ||||
