Summary0002153: Engineers not repairing engines
DescriptionI've had several cases were my ships get 0% engines and even with my engineers on FRD they do not auto repair them. I have to manually direct them to repair each ship that has the damage. All of the ships I tried to FRD repair were out of combat long enough to be repaired properly, but if they were at full health, engines were not repaired.

I have seen this as well (but have no saves with the problem at the moment). However in the variation I saw, the ships had engine damage and substantial HP damage as well. The two cases I noticed were siege starships which had presumably battled with an AI siege, and although mine had won, a starship had been knocked back to around 50% health and 0% engines. It laboriously made its way back through the wormhole, but no engineers came to its assistance until I selected them and instructed them to make repairs.

Engineers seem to not auto-assist ships with any amount of engine damage (even if the ship has HP damage) if the ship is moving. As far as I've seen they repair stationary ships just fine.

I've noticed this, too. I have to manually stop the damaged ship and the engies will whip on over and help him.

Please fix this soon! I have hundreds of ships with engine damage thanks to their spider guardians...i either manually click them all, or delete them and rebuild...(unlocking an MRS is not an option due to K constraints)

Just have them stop moving, and that should do the trick. Again, the bug triggers on *moving* ships with engine damage. Stationary ones are auto-targeted just fine.

Separately fixed the engineer auto-assist logic ignoring moving targets, for 4.068 :)
