Summary0002147: Engineer Unit: The Surgeon
Descriptionthis engineer, is cloaked and is only able to work on enemy ships. when it works (cloaked) or (no target) on enemy ship for 10x repair cost it can once finished healing can give enemy ship self-attrition per shot based off health healed (3% health healed), this engineer repairs quite fast and it has to be to beat 5 engineers trying to heal AI units as well. this unit would cost money. and also when no healing targets in range it can damage the ships so it can heal damage done. thus you can severely injury AI strong planets. down side is they cause planet to be on alert. and have 1.24 reinforcements. this solve those unbreakable planets as you can just damage fleet while they still there
