Summary0020667: Risky assassin and condemned bosses
DescriptionWhen using the incredibility which forces health to 1, health displays as > 1 in condemned rooms, and it is possible to get a game over after winning.

To reproduce:
Get risky assassin
Do a condemned miniboss
Get hit, but don't die
Game over

I am not sure if the
1) it is necessary to get hit
2) necessary to have a sacrifice shop item.
3) getting killed by the boss also cause game over

EDIT: I think conductive Hull, with the -2 HP can also kill you

I've fixed the Risky Assassin one. Basically, the Condemned room was removing the Risky Assassin system which was causing problems. Now the max health cap is set on pickup rather than being on a specific system. This does make it so that you can't die on Condemned rooms, so the items in there are pretty much free when you have Risky Assassin, that's probably a good thing, though.

I'm not sure about Conductive Hull. Does that kill if you grab it while on 1 HP? If so, that's probably the settled upon behavior. It's a bit harsh, dying from grabbing an item but I think that's the current intended behavior.

The conductive Hull death was also with risky assassin. I don't think it will kill you if you're damaged with 1HP

I'm a little confused on the Conductive Hull thing. If you have Risky Assassin and a max HP of 1, then grabbing something like Conductive Hull which reduces max HP should kill you, even though it's a bit of a harsh way for a run to end -- but after testing this it apparently doesn't! Maybe that's a good thing!? Using the Penumbra, though, doing this will kill you, but that mech works slightly differently in that it doesn't cap your max health. So, overall things appear to be okay as is. When you have Risky Assassin you can apparently still grab items that reduce your max HP, which is less intuitive but also less harsh so that seems okay to me. I'm still not exactly sure what your problem with Conductive Hull is, though. If you had Risky Assassin then grabbed Conductive Hull then according to my tests it doesn't kill you. It it did kill you then that must be some kind of weird interaction. Really it probably doesn't matter what the behavior is, but it needs to be consistent. So yeah, I'm not quite sure what or if there is an issue here. Drat!

I did a bit more testing and managed to kill myself
1) take enough sacrifice items to get base HP to 1 (maybe 2 works as well)
2) get risky assassin
3) get conductive hull
4) Profit!

Thanks for figuring out how to reproduce the issue. I think I have this fixed now. Hopefully the fix hasn't unfixed certain other things but it seems good. Reducing player health below 1 seems to cause a bit of screwiness so I was tempted to just remove all items that can do that from the game, since I only found that one item that did it on a quick search but this current fix seems ok so I'll leave it. Thanks for the report! :)
