| Description | When giving the peltians a tech, the normal voting proxy reward is granted, and then an additional proxy reward at 10x greater value (equal to the change in influence). https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1409187759 Both rewards are actually granted - I received 13 proxies from the above deal Not using either DLC. | ||||
