I think the hubs have to be on friendly planets (i.e. you have to have a command station there). |

Possible, but it doesn't [i]say[/i] that. Also, I was able to place it three planets south (the P9 with 22 units) despite being next to an AI world. |

Command center.. yeah I had the same problem the first time. It wont get to tier two if there are hostile planets around (which means 3 structures) |

So that's why it didn't let me build 6. Well, ain't that confusing. |

Sorry, for some reason I thought I had included the bit about the command station. Anyway, for 4.047 the tooltip has been revised to say this in the requirements chunk: A Hub can only be constructed on a planet satisfying the following conditions: 1) Is friendly (has a human command station). 2) Does not have a Home Command Station. 3) Has at least 2 wormholes. 4) No planet within 2 hops in any direction has a Hub. |
