I noticed that when the AI is using neinzul ships, a counterwave guard post will sometimes spawn a wave of neinzul ships at my worlds as one of the "counterattack waves". When this is youngling commandos, this is fine since they are quite dangerous. When it is youngling tigers, its rather funny to watch them just putter toward my system from deep space and then die before ever firing a shot.

The tiger speeds, etc, were recently upped to resolve this.
