Summary	0018741: One-handed automatically fails with energy shield module
Description	The one-handed challenge doesn't let you use energy at all, so I failed it right after picking it up because I had the energy shield module. I'm guessing this would also happen if you have the leaky battery. I think either should be a way to drop attachments, the challenge should be changed, or it should not spawn if you have an item that would make you automatically fail it.
