Summary0018724: Add die_with_parent attribute for bullets
DescriptionSetting a bullet to die when its parent does would be very helpful in a variety of situations from bullet patterns that disappear with the firing ship, bullet shapes that pop like a bubble on terrain, to bullet patterns that react angrily to one of their brother bullets dying.

The parent can be determined either by making die_with_parent="bullet|entity|false" or using offset_is_relative_to_parent_bullet_instead_of_firing_entity="true" to determine when the parent should be the bullet instead of the parent entity.
