| Description | Harvester Exo-Shields have no cap. I see no reason for not building them everywhere (aside from metal, but they are as cheap as a harvester each, and energy, but it's only 5,000 multiplied by the number of harvesters). An on/off galaxy-wide option in the CTRLS tab would be nice. | ||||
