Summary0018704: Are successive Health Sacrifice Prices being update correctly?
DescriptionWindlessZephyr reported that a health sacrifice item took 2 more life that it claimed (ending the run). It might be the case that the additional health cost needs to be presented as a visible warning or it needs to be shown in the updated item cost.

The first item I bought in a new game was +2 more than listed. It might be an off by 1 error?

Same here. If I had to guess, it is increasing the price by 1 after you buy the item, but before it takes the health away, which results in it taking 2 more health than expected, and also explains why it doesn't display the correct cost in the first place.
