For 1.016: * Changed various items from "add/subtract missiles/energy/whatever at a massive rate for a very short period of time" behavior to simply adding/subtracting a large amount, so that the effect would show up immediately even when you're playing RedShift and time isn't normally passing. ** Notably, the missile refill effect from Arms Race.
